Eligible Returns: Damaged or Defective
Products: If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos or videos of the damage/defect.
Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos or videos of the product received.
Missing Product: If any ordered item is missing from your delivered parcel then please contact us within 5 days from the receipt.
After receiving the returned item at our warehouse, the total bill amount will be credited in the original payment method in 2 to 3 Days .
Ineligible Returns:
Used Products: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, due to hygiene concerns.
Products Beyond Return Window: We cannot accept returns for products received within 10 days after the date of purchase.
