How to use : Dilute 2 drops of Peppermint oil in 2 tb spoon in carrier oil (Coconut Oil or Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil) and then apply on your skin.
Precautions: Essential oils should never be applied directly to the skin without proper dilution. Always dilute the essential oil in carrier oil then apply it on skin. They are highly concentrated and can cause skin irritation.
